We all need a recovery day

We all need a recovery day. That workout where we are not going for gold and are able to focus on certain spots in our body we might not even know existed.

Scorpion. Cobra. Crow. Superman. Warrior.

All of the above can kill you, but not everything is as it seems. These are poses and positions you might be practicing during a yoga class.

This class is also a great time to reflect on what your goals are for the future. Sometimes we forget that if our mind isn’t in tune with our body, this can lead to unfulfilled goals. Sharpening the mind while balancing in a suspension yoga pose is a great way to re-calibrate your system!
