502 FIT PASS was created out of the passion that owner, Cynthia Williams, has for fitness, trying new things, and providing guidance to a healthier lifestyle. Cynthia has always enjoyed meeting new people, having various types of workouts available throughout the week, and decided to create something that would make this a possibility for others in the community.
Cynthia has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 13 years. She finds enjoyment in helping others become successful, achieving goals and improving their quality of life. Cynthia's goal is to build a fitness community that opens doors for people to become more active, live a better life, and find enjoyment in being healthy.
Cynthia says that the community aspect of 502 FIT PASS is what makes it attractive to others to become part of the fit life.
