3. Don't take shortcuts: You're not cheating the workout or food, you're cheating yourself.
4. Surround yourself with supporters: Be with people who get it. You are who you surround yourself with.
5. Stay consistent: You will have bad days. But pick right back up where you left off. It will pay off.
